Production of our meat and chicken shredders – DFC Line

We currently manufacture three models of chicken and meat shredders: DFC 10, DFC 20 and DFC 30. They use a patented technology that guarantees continuous production, thus achieving excellent productions and optimizing the entire workforce of your shredded meats.

In this article we will comment more on how the continuous system works and also the difference between the three models that change production.

System for continuous production

As we always say, after placing the product (after been cooked) in our shredders, the shredding process is carried out instantly. The only observation is that the feeding process of the equipment must be done homogeneously, being careful not to put too large quantity of product at once.

This observation is important because if a very large volume is placed at once, it can end up “clogging” our shredding system and thus harming the quality of the final shredding, especially in models DFC 10 and DFC 20, which have a smaller mouthpiece.

Thus, production is continuous, where a maximum flow of products must be maintained at a time to prevent this from happening.

Understanding the production of each model

All our chicken and meat shredder models use the same patented system that guarantees both perfect shredding and continuous production. The main difference is as follows:

Feed funnel size

It is through the feeding funnel that the product (meat, chicken, fish, pork, etc.) is placed to be shredded. It turns out that the funnel size changes from model to model, and the bigger the funnel, the more products you can pour at once. Thus, in ascending order of funnel size, the equipment is as follows: DFC 10, DFC 20 and DFC 30.

Due to this, the production of the models is as follows:

  • DFC 10: up to 200 kilos per hour
  • DFC 20: up to 1000 kilos per hour
  • DFC 30: up to 4000 kilos per hour

Continuous production brings a huge competitive advantage over other equipment on the market, which is the optimization of manpower. For example, our most compact model, the DFC 10, can reach an output of up to 200 kilos per hour. This considering only one operator.
