The main problems in relation to shredding chicken is the high labor required and also the final quality of the product, where if it is not made by hand, the fibers are broken \/ lumpy..<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The machines of our DFC line <strong>solves all these problems<\/strong>. Cooking the chicken<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>In order for our patented shredders to be able to correctly separate the fibers, the product must have been cooked beforehand. We suggest some cooking times to achieve the best possible result. And various cooking techniques can be used, such as boiling water, pressure, steam, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Take it to the shredding machine<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>We recommend taking it to the equipment immediately after cooking, when the product is still hot. Arriving at our shredders, just put it on the nozzle and when the product falls it will be shredded immediately.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The shredding quality makes the difference<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The difference of a perfect shredding is not only visual, but also sensorial.
