They are small pieces of equipment that are attached to pans or other containers, and the cost of this equipment is more accessible. Some limitations, such as high energy consumption and non-homogenization of temperature, make them more suitable for residential or semi-professional use.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The <strong>tank thermocirculators<\/strong> (check out our patented line <a href=\"https:\/\/orvedbrock.com.br\/en\/categoria\/professional-sous-vide-machine\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">here<\/a>), on the other hand, are more for professional use.
