Our chicken and meat shredders use an exclusive system that guarantees the best possible shredding (perfect shredding).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>So, if the result you&#8217;re achieving isn&#8217;t as good as you&#8217;d like, here are the main reasons why.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Shorter cooking time than suggested<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>In order for the shredding process to take place correctly, the fibers need to be able to separate. And for this to happen, they need to melt some of the collagen between them, which is what holds them together. Pieces of meat with too much fat<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"2\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>The fat present in the meat acts as a glue for the fibers, making it impossible for our shredders to separate the fibers at the points where there is fat. That&#8217;s why it&#8217;s necessary to either remove all the fat beforehand or cook until the fat begins to melt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Shredding system with product build-up<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"3\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>During the shredding process, as you add products, such as meat and chicken, they accumulate on top of the shredding system. Over time, the products that come after end up not having direct contact with the system, which means that the shredding of the products that come after is not as good as the shredding of the initial products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>That&#8217;s why, if you&#8217;re noticing a difference in final quality, all our DFC Line shredders have a rear support drawer, which allows the shredding system to be quickly removed and replaced so that the products that were accumulating on top of the system can come out, thus unloading the machine and guaranteeing the correct process for the new products that arrive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. System running in the wrong direction (DFC 20 and DFC 30)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"4\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>With three-phase machines, it is possible that when you install your equipment, the motor runs in the wrong direction. Make sure that when you put your meat or chicken in the shredder, the system doesn&#8217;t throw the product upwards.
