Remove all the water<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The first step is to remove all the water from the appliance (with it switched off, unplugged). This will help detect any residue that has been released during cooking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Clean the stainless steel tank<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Use a sponge and neutral soap to clean the stainless steel tank and remove any dirt. It&#8217;s a simple cleaning, done in the traditional way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Replenish the water<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Add water above the level of the pump inlet. Remove and replace the plug to remove the air from the pump (so that the water can go to the circulator pump).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Add neutral soap and turn on the equipment<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Add neutral soap to the water and turn on the equipment, circulating the water.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Let the water circulate for a few minutes<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>In this process, the neutral soap gradually removes the grease from the circulator pump and other internal areas. Leave the thermocirculator running for a while, we recommend 1 hour at a temperature of 70\u00baC (the hot water helps to remove the grease).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Remove all the water again<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Remove all the water, as it was used to clean the inside of the unit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Refill with water<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Add water respecting the minimum level (above the inlet of the circulator pump). Remove and replace the cap so that the pump can circulate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Frequency<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>There is no exact answer to this question, as it depends very much on the use of the equipment and the degree of \u201ccontamination\u201d of the water.
