Once cooked, it shreds easily and remains juicy, absorbing seasonings and broths well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Because it is a light meat rich in protein, it is widely used in savory fillings and pasta dishes, such as coxinhas, empadas, and pancakes, as well as natural sandwiches, frozen dishes, and stews.
