There are countless recipes and products that use shredded chicken (pizzas, pastries, snacks, soups, pies, etc.), making the shredding process relevant for several companies. The main problems in relation to shredding chicken is the high labor required and also the final quality of the product, where if it is not made by hand, the fibers are broken / lumpy..
The machines of our DFC line solves all these problems. The patented system manages to correctly separate the fibers, thus resulting in the perfect shredding. The process is done instantly: put on, shred it. Thus, it is possible to optimize the entire workforce.

In order for our patented shredders to be able to correctly separate the fibers, the product must have been cooked beforehand. We suggest some cooking times to achieve the best possible result. And various cooking techniques can be used, such as boiling water, pressure, steam, etc.
We recommend taking it to the equipment immediately after cooking, when the product is still hot. Arriving at our shredders, just put it on the nozzle and when the product falls it will be shredded immediately.
The difference of a perfect shredding is not only visual, but also sensorial. When you correctly separate the chicken fibers, the volume it occupies will be much greater than the volume if it were compacted (which is the result that is achieved with other shredders on the market).
So, if in a recipe or product there is about 100g of shredded chicken, with the perfect shredding it will fill a much larger volume, giving the impression that there is much more product than if it were that shredding of lower quality.
There is also the issue that loose fibers are much easier to feel/perceive than a compressed product, thus improving your customers’ experience with your product.
