About us

Our parent company Orved was founded in 1984 in the northern Italian city of Verona.

The factory is located in Musile di Piave, in the province of Venice.

The first vacuum machine designed and built by Orved was called the “Orved VM/13”, which stood out on the European market for the unprecedented innovations designed for this model. Orved subsequently launched numerous models of vacuum sealers on the market with different dimensions and systems for obtaining vacuum, always aiming to meet the needs of its customers.

Exporting from its headquarters to all continents, Orved stands out in the world vacuum packaging market for the excellence of its products.

In January 1997, Orved set up its Brazilian subsidiary in the town of Eusébio, in the metropolitan region of Fortaleza, Ceará.

The subsidiary operated as an importer of the packaging machines produced by the parent company.

In March 2004, Orved joined forces with Brock, with the aim of starting production of chamber vacuum machines in Brazil, maintaining the Orved standard of quality.

Currently, all models in the Chamber Line are produced in Brazil, with the aim of gradually nationalizing all models.

In addition to the vacuum sealers, we have two other lines of equipment: TC Line (professional thermocirculators for sous vide) DFC Line (chicken and meat shredders). Both have patented technologies and were developed in Brazil.

From Brazil to the World

We have developed two lines in Brazil: Professional Thermocirculators for Sous Vide (TC Line) and Chicken and Meat Cutters (DFC Line). Machines are shipped from here all over the world.

Professional Thermocirculators for Sous Vide

In 2015 we launched the TC Line, which consists of professional thermocirculators for the sous vide cooking technique. The patented technology we have developed is able to guarantee homogeneous temperature throughout the vat and ultra energy efficiency, thus guaranteeing maximum efficiency for this technique.

Range of Chicken and Meat Shredders

In 2016 we officially launched the DFC Line. Also using patented technology, we were able to solve the entire bottleneck for those who work with shredded products. Our machines optimize the entire workforce and deliver the best possible result. It’s a line that we export and is already present in countries such as Israel, England and the United States.
