Since our DFC Line is composed of three models of chicken and meat shredders (patented technology), it is common for customers to be in doubt as to which model is right for their business.
In this article we will address the main doubts to help you choose your ideal model.
First, it is important to point out that all models (DFC 10, DFC 20 and DFC 30) achieve the same final quality: perfect shredding. So the choice of model should not be based on the result, but rather on the following item, which is production.
All three models use the same patented system, which guarantees continuous production. However, because of their sizes, they end up having very distinct production runs. We will talk about each model and its characteristics below.
This is the most compact model we manufacture and also the most used, it can have a productivity of 150kg ~ 200kg per hour. Its feed hopper is the smallest among the three models, and also has a revolving door for feeding the products, making the process a little more “manual” than the others.
The production of this model is excellent and can meet the needs of most companies working with shredding.
It can shred about 800kg ~ 1000kg of meat and chicken per hour, being more used by medium/large size companies that have in their portfolio a good portion of shredded products.
For production flow it ends up being more practical than the DFC 10 model, since it does not have the revolving door for feeding.
This model has a capacity of 3000kg ~ 4000kg per hour. It is aimed at large industries that work with many shredded products.
For the production flow this model is the most practical, since it can support a box to receive the shredded products in the lower part of the equipment, with a capacity of 200kg.
