Getting Started – Chicken and Meat Shredder – DFC 10

See the step-by-step guide for activating/using the DFC 10 Chicken and Meat Shredder.

1. Positioning the funnel correctly

The funnel must be positioned over the shredding system.

2. Lock the front quick coupling

3. Lock the rear quick coupling

4. Position the rear bracket correctly

5. Lock the rear support

6. Connect the shaft motor by moving the lever to the right

7. Trave a alavanca do motor

8. Place the plastic box in the drawer

9. Close the stainless steel drawer lid

10. Position the stainless steel drawer inside the DFC 10

11. Plug the plug into the outlet

12. Check that the emergency button is pulled up

13. Turn on the equipment

14. To shred, place the product on top of the funnel

Using the DFC 10
