1º – Patented shredding technology
Unlike other meat shredders where the result is crumbly, with fibers all broken that more resemble some kind of dough, our industrial meat and chicken shredders use a patented system that manages to correctly separate the fibers. The end result is the same or even better than the shredding done by hand, it’s the perfect shredding. The quality that is gained in the shredding is enormous and offers several advantages for those who consume it and also for those who produce it.
2º – Continuous production
The patented system we use allows our meat and chicken shredders to have continuous production. Put it on, shred it, simple as that.
3º – Labor savings
By the continuous production system, where a single employee can make a high production with our meat shredders, our equipments help to reduce the workforce. Our industrial shredders strictly follow the safety standards of NR 12 (brazilian safety standard).
The cycle for shredding proteins is very simple: the product is cooked and after reaching a certain point, all you have to do is to take the food to our meat and chicken shredders. The product is shredded instantly.
The protein can also be seasoned, with sauce, without sauce, as the customer prefers. The result is independent, it’s the perfect shredding result.
Observations: As our industrial shredders correctly separate the fibers, we suggest cooking times so that the product is ready for our equipment to achieve the perfect shredding result.
In short, anything that has fibers. So you can shred beef, pork, chicken, pork, fish, etc.
The only observation is that pieces with a lot of fat will have problem in the shredding process. This happens because in the points which have fat, a kind of glue is created, making it difficult to separate the fibers.
We manufacture three models of industrial meat shredders (with patented technology): DFC 10, DFC 20 and DFC 30. They all use the same technology, the difference between them is the production capacity.
