Launch of the TC IND PRO Professional Industrial Thermocirculator

We are delighted to officially launch the TC IND PRO Thermocirculator. This model was developed due to the market’s demand for thermocirculators that could handle higher outputs in vacuum cooking (sous vide).

Motivations

The sous vide technique has been growing a lot in Brazil, and it’s a trend that should only increase in the coming years We love this cooking technique because of all the advantages it offers, both for those who produce the food and for those who consume it

This is a slow cooking technique, so compared to traditional cooking, sous vide has a lower output Our largest professional thermocirculator to date was the TC 100, with a capacity to cook up to 20 kilos per cycle

In general, for restaurant kitchens, the outputs of our TC 100 or TC 50 thermocirculators are fine However, for those who cook a larger volume of products, such as industrial food companies, restaurant chains and batch food manufacturers, production was limited, making it necessary to purchase more than one piece of equipment.

It was based on this point that we decided to develop a higher-capacity thermocirculator, aimed at large productions and with all the differentials of our TC Line of professional thermocirculators. Thus, the TC IND PRO was born.
